Dr. Trishi Tangri is a Psychologist and Hypnotherapist. She holds a PsyD from California Southern University. She is trained in psychotherapy and counselling. She specialises in working with adolescents and adults facing life challenges and has been successful in handling emotional and psychological issues such as anxiety related issues, emotional regulation, anger management, addiction, lifestyle issues, mood related issues, trauma and abuse, relationship and attachment issues. She is trained in psychotherapy and has a psychoanalytic approach, integrated with person centred and solution focused practices to help her clients. She is also a trained EFT practitioner. She practices an eclectic approach.
She firmly believes that people are inherently composed, and it is under adverse situations that they experience imbalance in their state of mind and emotion. This motivates her to help individuals regain balance through therapy. She emphasises on mindfulness-based techniques, spirituality and meditative practices to promote an individual’s overall well-being and healing as she believes therapy can be beneficial to anyone looking to enhance their experience of life.

Ayesha Hakeem
Counselling Psychologist
Ms. Ayesha Hakeem is a psychologist and holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from St. Francis College for Women. Her passion for helping others has led her to pursue Psychology and she finds Person Centred Therapy to be her niche. She practices a Humanistic Therapeutic approach with focus on Mindfulness and Cognitive Therapy. She is passionate about and has practical experience with content writing. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and its practices, Mindfulness, Psychological First Aid and Behaviour Therapy.

Manasa Venkatraman
Clinical Psychologist (Associate)
Ms. Manasa is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Associate) with extensive experience across various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions. Over the course of her career, she has worked with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and children, assisting them in navigating their unique challenges. She takes a client- centred approach. Her primary approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, she also integrates Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Enhancement Therapy along with other behavioural and mindfulness approaches. She is committed to delivering thoughtful, individualized support that fosters positive mental health outcomes and empowers clients to thrive.

Deepa Karanam
Counselling Psychologist
Ms. Deepa Karanam is a Counselling Psychologist with an MSc in Psychology from the University of Exeter, UK, and a BA LLB from Symbiosis International University. She is also a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). Deepa has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults in individual therapy, supporting clients through a range of emotional and psychological concerns.
Her areas of work include anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, emotional regulation, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and challenges related to life transitions and identity exploration. She also works with individuals navigating chronic health concerns and those who identify as highly sensitive. Deepa’s work is trauma-informed and grounded in a humanistic, relational, and person-centred approach. She integrates tools and perspectives from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based practices, and expressive arts techniques where appropriate.
She aims to create a calm, thoughtful, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where individuals can explore their experiences, develop greater self-understanding, and build the skills needed to navigate life with greater clarity and resilience.
